Bellway has started construction work on a new development in Lower Callerton.

Falcon Grove will also comprise of two, three, four and five-bedroom homes.

Falcon Grove forms part of a wider neighbourhood being delivered by Bellway in Lower Callerton, with detailed consent from Newcastle City Council already in place for this phase of the development.

Emma Chesterton, Sales Director for Bellway North East, said: “Work is now underway on the new apartments at Falcon Grove, which will be Bellway’s newest phase of development in Lower Callerton and marks another milestone in our commitment to deliver hundreds of new homes for the area.

“Situated just six miles from Newcastle city centre, these apartments have been designed to meet the needs of buyers who are looking for an affordable way into homeownership. They offer an accessible commute into the city centre while also enjoying the tranquillity of the surrounding countryside.

“We’re looking forward to seeing these apartments taking shape and fit into the wider scheme at Lower Callerton.”

Bellway is due to release the first apartments at Falcon Grove for sale in May and will be ready to move into January 2025, with prices to be confirmed.

There’s currently a choice of two, three, four and five-bedroom houses available to reserve at Bellway’s Abbey Heights and The View at Abbey Heights developments in Lower Callerton.
