Across our three pillars we have a number of key targets to keep us on the right track, including:
Remain a 5* housebuilder with a combined score of 4.2 by the end of FY27
72% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 2035, from a 2019 baseline
Build 30% of our homes in timber frame by the end of FY30
