Two showhomes now open at Foxton Mill in Cramlington
Bellway North East has unveiled two new showhomes and a sales arena at its new Foxton Mill development in Cramlington.
Located off Fisher Lane, the development is the second phase of properties Bellway is building as part of a wider new neighbourhood of 1,600 new homes in Cramlington.
The new development at Foxton Mill will include 96 two, three and four-bedroom houses. They are being built using timber frame panels instead of breeze blocks behind the brickwork – part of Bellway’s plans to increase the speed of delivery and sustainability of its new homes.
The two new showhomes are the three-bedroom Glazier and four-bedroom Sculptor, which demonstrate the quality finish and spacious layout of houses in Bellway’s flagship Artisan Collection.
Emma Chesterton, Sales Director for Bellway North East, said: “We are supporting a wider plan to deliver much-needed new homes in the Newcastle area with the delivery of these new sustainable and energy-efficient timber-frame houses in Cramlington.

Foxton Mill consists of 82 houses for private sale and 14 affordable homes available to local people through shared ownership or low-cost rent, as well as public open space and a children’s play area.
Both the Sculptor and the Glazier feature an open-plan kitchen/dining room, a separate living room and an en suite to the main bedroom, while the Sculptor also includes a study downstairs.
There is currently a variety of three and four-bedroom properties available to reserve at Foxton Mill, with prices starting at £242,995.
