Two homes now open for viewings at Spindrift Park in Pagham

House-hunters can now look inside two completed properties at a Bellway development in Pagham.

Bellway Wessex is currently building a total of 212 two, three and four-bedroom homes at Spindrift Park, off Pagham Road in the village.

Visitors can now explore a two-bedroom Cooper showhome and a four-bedroom Arkwright showhome which are now open to the public at Spindrift Park.

The developer has also unveiled a House to Home plot – a property that showcases the different stages involved in constructing a new-build home.

Jon Rance, Sales Manager at Bellway Wessex, said: “It is great that we are now able to demonstrate two different kinds of completed properties at Spindrift Park. The two offer visitors the chance to imagine what it would be like to live in these new homes and sample the large range of extra features that have been showcased in both properties.

“The House to Home plot, meanwhile, takes visitors on a journey through the various stages of the build process and gives them a better understanding of the work that goes into building their new home.”

The semi-detached Cooper features a carefully designed layout which maximises the available space and is perfect for a couple buying a home for the first time, or a young family. There is a living and dining room at the back of the house which has French doors leading to the garden, and a kitchen to the front of the property. The main bedroom has an en suite and there is a second double bedroom adjacent to the family bathroom.

Meanwhile, the Arkwright is an impressive detached property, with a detached garage, which would be ideal for a growing family or a couple who need dedicated space to work from home. The house includes a large kitchen/dining/family area spanning the back of the house, plus a separate living room, study, and utility room. Upstairs, you will find the main bedroom and en suite, a double guest bedroom, two further bedrooms and a family bathroom.

Spindrift Park will provide 12 acres of open space featuring a meadow, an area with views of the South Downs National Park, several play areas and a large children’s playground. Homes will have electric vehicle charging points, with some properties having solar panels.

Jon said: “We are building a broad range of terraced, semi-detached and detached homes, from two to four-bedroom houses, which will meet the needs of buyers at all stages of the property ladder and will produce a diverse new neighbourhood.

“This is a sustainable development in a fantastic location which is less than a mile-and-a-half from Pagham Beach, two miles from the shops and services at Bognor Regis and five miles from the cathedral city of Chichester, while the nearby A27 provides drivers easy access to Brighton and Portsmouth.”

The new Bellway homes are part of a wider scheme of 300 homes which is generating more than £3 million in investment for the local area through contributions from the developers. That will include more than £2 million for primary and early years education. The wider project also includes plans for a new care home.

There’s currently a choice of two and three-bedroom houses available to reserve at Spindrift Park, with prices starting from £319,995.
