Three showhomes set to open at new development in Stoke on Trent
Three showhomes are set to be unveiled to prospective housebuyers in Stoke on Trent next month (October).
Bellway West Midlands is preparing to open the two-bedroom Potter, three-bedroom Turner and four-bedroom Bowyer houses at The Crescent, off The Wood in the suburb of Meir.
The first homes at the site were released for sale over the August bank holiday weekend and the first property has already been reserved.
The Crescent will comprise a range of 181 two, three and four-bedroom houses alongside landscaped public open space.
Marie Richards, Sales Director for Bellway West Midlands, said: “Opening these three showhomes will give prospective buyers the opportunity to appreciate up close the wide range of homes that we have on offer at The Crescent.

The Crescent forms part of a wider scheme alongside another housebuilder to deliver 350 homes to the area. Detailed plans for the Bellway development were approved by Stoke on Trent City Council earlier this year.
As part of the planning agreement to deliver these homes, the two housebuilders will contribute almost £2.6 million between them for investment in local services and infrastructure.
