Three showhomes now open in Bourne
Ashberry Homes has unveiled three new show properties at its Bourne Springs development in Bourne.
The housebuilder welcomed the first visitors to the three-bedroom Alyssum and Larkspur house types in August. A further three-bedroom Heather showhome also opened at the site, off Musselburgh Way, in October.
Bourne Springs will comprise 172 new homes when complete, including 164 two, three and four-bedroom houses for private sale and eight affordable properties available for local people through rent or shared ownership

Bourne Springs forms part of the wider Elsea Park neighbourhood at the southern edge of the town, where more than 1,500 homes have been delivered since 2001.
The wider scheme has seen the provision of a new primary school, convenience store, community centre and a number of public open spaces and children’s play areas.
