New showhome set to open at Coventry housing development
A new showhome is set to open its doors to prospective housebuyers in Coventry, as work on Bellway’s Jubilee Green development moves on swiftly.
Bellway South Midlands is set to unveil a three-bedroom Sawyer showhome on Saturday 29 October at the site off Watery Lane, where 40 new homes are being built.
Construction work started on the four-acre site in January 2022, and the first residents are due to move into their new homes in March 2023. Work on site is then scheduled to wrap up just three months later.
The development, when completed, will comprise 30 homes for private sale and 10 affordable properties for local people. Five of these will be sold at a discount to market value, while the remaining five will be available for low-cost rent or shared ownership.
