Local businesses support Bellway showhome launch in Irvine
Local househunters are being invited to attend the launch of new Bellway showhomes in Irvine and enjoy some local hospitality.
Two new showhomes at Montgomerie Park, located off Montgomerie Park Drive near Eglinton Country Park, will open their doors on Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th January from 10am until 5pm. Visitors will have the opportunity to sample different drinks from Really Awesome Coffee based in Kilmarnock, alongside cakes for Ayrshire renowned Gro, and Scottish themed nibbles from the Cook School in Kilmarnock. Irvine balloon company, Balloon Creations are even supplying branded balloons for the launch.

The two showhomes to open will be the Victoria, a large four detached home with integral garage, and the Sherwood, also a four bedroom detached property. Inspired by New England’s coastal interiors, the Victoria features pastel blue hues with linen and cotton textures. In sharp contrast, the Sherwood is presented in charcoal greys with pops of orange throughout and includes a striking RNLI themed children’s bedroom.
Both properties are just two of the designs available at Montgomerie Park which will feature 146 new homes on completion. Other styles include three bedroom terrace, semi and detached properties, as well as additional four bedroom options.
Prices range from £189,995 to £314,995 however, buyers who reserve selected plots during January and February can enjoy a special offer of £1,000 towards their mortgage cost for up to twelve months, subject to terms and conditions.
