Glasgow ranks top in UK amongst first time buyers
Glasgow has been ranked as the best city for first time buyers to set up home and at Bellway’s Ellingwood development it’s easy to see why.
The research (Aldermore’s First Time Buyer Appeal Index) analysed 50 UK cities and ten indicators such as affordability, price growth and average deposits to determine desirability.
Located in Robyroston, Bellway has launched a new offer appealing to first time buyers providing a deposit contribution of up to 3% on selected properties.
