First residents move into new homes at Crawley development
The first residents have been handed the keys to their new homes at a housing development which is taking shape in Crawley.
Construction has been progressing well at Bellway’s Riverbrook Place development, off Steers Lane, with the first properties now complete and occupied.
And with the Bellway team seeing consistently strong levels of sales here, more customers will be moving into their new homes over the coming weeks.

There’s currently a one-bedroom apartment available to reserve at Riverbrook Place, priced at £239,500. There is also a choice of three and four-bedroom houses available, with prices starting at £446,000.
