First owners at Bourne Springs get the keys to their new homes
The first residents have moved into their new homes at Ashberry Homes’ Bourne Springs development in Bourne.
The housebuilder is building 172 properties within the wider Elsea Park development, in a semi-rural location less than two miles from the centre of Bourne.
Kenny Lattimore, Sales Manager at Ashberry Homes, said: “It is a key moment when the first completions of sale take place and we can hand over the keys to the new owners.

Ashberry Homes is building 164 homes for private sale at Bourne Springs, and these are two, three, and four-bedroom houses. The other eight properties will be affordable homes available for local people for rent or shared ownership.
Potential buyers have had the chance to look around a range of three-bedroom properties on the site as three showhomes were opened there this year.
The house styles – Alyssum, Larkspur and Heather – give people an idea of the choice of layouts of three-bedroom properties on the development.
Each home has a different configuration of the living space to suit the needs of different buyers, while all the designs have open-plan kitchen/dining rooms with French doors to the garden and en suite master bedrooms.
Bourne Springs is part of a wider development in the area, Elsea Park, where more than 1,500 homes have been built at the southern edge of Bourne since 2001. The neighbourhood includes a new primary school, convenience store, community centre and play areas.
