First homes near completion at new Blandford St Mary development
The first residents are due to move into their new homes at Ashberry Homes’ St Mary’s View development in Blandford St Mary next month (October).
The housebuilder is delivering 143 homes at the development on the southern edge of the village, with the finishing touches now being made to the first properties due to be completed.
A new three-bedroom Orchid showhome is also set to be unveiled at the development next month, so that prospective buyers can see what life might be like in a typical property there.

The Orchid showhome is a semi-detached three-bedroom property, which includes a large kitchen/dining room with French doors to the garden, plus a separate living room. Bedroom one benefits from its own en suite shower room, while there’s also a modern family bathroom.
At present, there’s a choice of two, three and four-bedroom houses and a two-bedroom maisonette available to reserve at St Mary’s View, with prices starting from £254,995.
