Construction progressing well at new development in Linby
Construction is progressing well at a new development in Linby, where more than 80 per cent of the homes have been built.
Bellway East Midlands is building 255 properties at Sherwood Gate, off Papplewick Lane, with 204 of these now built and occupied by their new residents, and a further 15 reserved.
The development comprises a mix of three, four and five-bedroom houses as well as public open space and a children’s play area.
Heidi Higgins, Sales Manager at Bellway East Midlands, said: “The building programme is progressing very well indeed and more than 200 residents have now moved into their new homes at Sherwood Gate.
