Bellway unveils new showhomes at Montgomerie Park
Bellway Homes Ltd (Scotland West) has unveiled two new showhomes at its Montgomerie Park development in Irvine.
Located off Montgomerie Park Drive, the development is minutes’ walk from Eglinton Country Park and ten minutes to the beach.
The two showhomes to open include the Victoria, one of Bellway’s most popular designs, a large four detached home with integral garage and the Sherwood, also a four bedroom detached property.
Inspired by New England’s coastal interiors and with a nod to Irvine’s seaside location, the Victoria features pastel blue hues with linen and cotton textures, creating an instantly calming oasis.
Featuring classic panelling to provide a bespoke look complete with a dramatic centre piece glass light, the lounge is a relaxing haven with muted tones and luxurious textures and accessories creating a balanced and harmonious space.
The delicate tones are extended into the kitchen and dining room with the introduction of darker accessories and a feature wall, with further statement lighting, providing a modern interpretation. The utility room is far from overlooked and is also stylishly designed to complement the kitchen. French doors in the dining area lead out to a large garden gazebo for summer entertaining.
The master bedroom is styled in a classic colour scheme creating a cohesive space that will never date. A feature wall with a floor to ceiling headboard is a striking feature of this room as is the large sliding door wardrobe.
The second bedroom has a more contemporary look with the perfect balance of colours, textures and accessories that appeal to all age groups whether its an older teenager’s bedroom or for use as a guest bedroom.

The second bedroom features a subtle interpretation of the colour theme and includes a Instagram worthy work station whilst the third bedroom is more dramatic with its two tone walls and statement lighting alongside a stylish make-up bar. The guest bedroom is equally as opulent and relaxing.
