Bellway to start work on new homes at Hare’s Leap in Henham
Work has started on construction at Hare’s Leap, Bellway’s new development in Henham, Essex.
The company is building 45 homes at the site, off Mill Road in the village, including 27 four and five-bedroom houses for private sale alongside 18 two, three and four-bedroom affordable properties for low-cost rent or shared ownership.
The first homes are expected to go on sale in spring next year.
The development will feature a children’s play area and more than six acres of parkland including ponds, native woodland, hedgerow and wildflower grassland, ensuring it forms an attractive gateway on the village’s southern edge.
