Bellway set to open two new showhomes at development in Stilton
Bellway is set to welcome house-hunters to two new showhomes at its development in Stilton.
The housebuilder is set to open a three-bedroom Coppersmith and a four-bedroom Pargeter Special on Saturday 7 January at Stilton Gate in the village.
Bellway Eastern Counties is building 90 new homes at Stilton Gate, which is located to the east of North Street in the village. The development will comprise 54 homes for private sale and 36 affordable homes available for local people through rent or shared ownership.
Work is continuing on the first homes at the site with the first residents due to move into their new homes in January.

The Coppersmith features a kitchen/dining/family room spread across the width of the house, with French doors to the garden, plus a separate living room to the front. Upstairs, the main bedroom has an en suite with the other two bedrooms sharing a family bathroom.
The Pargeter Special is divided into two main areas, with a spacious living room and snug taking up one side of the house, and a kitchen/dining/family room with doors to the garden on the other side. Upstairs, there’s an en suite master bedroom, three further bedrooms and a main bathroom.
Bellway is building a range of two, three and four-bedroom houses and a selection of two-bedroom bungalows at the development, where homes are already on sale.
