Bellway opens new showhome at Liberty Quarter in Kings Hill
A new showhome is to be unveiled at Bellway’s Liberty Quarter development in Kings Hill.
The four-bedroom, three-storey Wainwright will be opened on Saturday 11 February at the development, off Park Drive, where Bellway is building 52 new properties.
Visitors to the development will be able to take a tour of the showhome and get a feel for the spacious layout and quality finish of typical houses at Liberty Quarter.

Work started on Liberty Quarter in 2022, and the first homes were released for sale the same year.
The development is part of a much wider project to provide 3,800 new homes at Kings Hill, which began on the former airfield more than 30 years ago.
