Homebuyers looking to make a move to North Ayrshire can take comfort in a new survey which ranks North Ayrshire as the seventh best local authority to live in Scotland.
The survey looked at five key categories – education health, community, policing and finance. Ayrshire ranked highly with all three local authorities listed within the top ten.
Such sentiment is reflected at Bellway’s Montgomerie Park development in Irvine where visitors cite the quality of lifestyle as a key reason for moving.
