Bellway Homes offers VIP 'sneak peek' into Palmer's Grange site

On Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th May, Bellway Homes will host a ‘Dusty Boots weekend’ at its Palmer’s Grange development in Brough - allowing potential home buyers to look around the development during the build process.

This unique opportunity offers potential home buyers the chance to see areas of the site that are not normally open to the public. The tour will give visitors an insight into the craftmanship, design, and quality of the homes being built by Bellway Homes.

Melanie Smith, Bellway Yorkshire’s sales director, said: “There has been a lot of interest in Palmer’s Grange and that has been reflected with the strong sales we have enjoyed since we opened. The Dusty Boots event is a great way for members of the public to see the building process, and even potentially meet their future neighbours.

Palmer’s Grange Dusty Boots Day is open from 11am-5pm on both days and appointments are preferred but not necessary. Visitors are also welcome to drop in anytime during the day and Bellway’s friendly sales team will be on hand to answer any questions.

Members of the public are advised to wear adequate footwear to ensure their safety while on the tour.

Palmer’s Grange is part of the £200 million Brough South project. Being built off Brough’s Blenheim Avenue, it comprises of 320 homes – including two-bedroom bungalows, and three, four, and five-bedroom semi-detached and detached homes. Prices on the development currently range from £187,995 to £389,995.

Dr. Chris Wilcox recently purchased a Bellway home with his wife and two children on the Palmer’s Grange development. He said, “The house ticked every box for us and the process in dealing with Bellway was one of ease.”
