Bellway gives buyers a sneak peek of show homes
Bellway Homes has given would-be buyers a taste of what life would be like at its Parson’s Croft development in Kirk Ella by providing potential buyers a sneak peak of what to expect when it opens the doors of two new shows homes this weekend (March 25th / 26th).
Being built within walking distance of Kirk Ella’s historic village centre, Parson’s Croft will feature 204-homes once complete. The development comprises two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom homes, and has been designed to appeal to buyers from all walks and stages of life – from first time buyers through to growing families and on to downsizers.
The two new show homes are aimed at highlighting just how much the development can offer this wide cross section of potential buyers.

The two show homes are a five-bedroom detached Watchmaker and the four-bedroom detached Lorimer, which provide 1,880 and 1,528 square foot of living space respectively. Both are designed and built to the exacting high standards expected of a housebuilder that has received a five-star rating from the Home Builders Federation (HBF) for seven successive years. This rating is awarded only when 90 per cent or more of customers state they would happily recommend a housebuilder to a friend or family member. HBF’s ratings are based on a survey of all new home buyers over a calendar year.
