Bellway gives buyers a sneak peek of new Brough development

Bellway Homes has given would-be buyers a taste of what life would be like at its Palmers Grange development in Brough – releasing a series of images of its two brand-new show homes.

Forming part of the £200million Brough South project on the northern banks of the Humber Estuary, the 320-home development features a wide mix of two, three, four and five-bedroom properties. The two show homes are aimed at highlighting just how much the development can offer buyers from all walks of life.

The two show homes on the development are a three-bedroom detached, Baxter and a four-bedroom detached Philosopher. Both are designed and built to the exacting high standards expected of a housebuilder that recently retained its five-star status with the Home Builders Federation (HBF) for a sixth successive year. This rating is awarded only when 90 per cent or more of customers state they would happily recommend a housebuilder to a friend or family member. HBF’s ratings are based on a survey of all new home buyers over a calendar year.

Prices at Palmers Grange currently range from £218,995 for a three-bedroom semi-detached home to £389,995 for a four-bedroom detached home, and with Part Exchange and Express Mover packages being offered by Bellway, and new stamp duty rules in place, Emma says, “the question people need to ask themselves is not, shall we a take a look but when can we move in?”
