Bellway opens the doors to new Stirling showhomes

Bellway Homes Ltd (Scotland West) has opened two inspirational showhomes at a new development in Stirling.

Located at Croftside just an eight-minute drive to the town centre, Ridgewood is situated in a charming rural location surrounded by rolling countryside just five minutes from Bannockburn.

The new showhomes to open are the Burgess, a grand four bedroom home and the Lytham, a spacious three bedroom detached home.

Classically styled, the Burgess features neutral tones in the hallway and lounge. Luxurious textures and textiles add warmth and create a timeless elegance.  A pale grey fitted kitchen, with complimenting utility, and a bold dining area, featuring black and white velvet chairs and matching cushions, take centre stage downstairs.  There is also a downstairs wc and integrated garage.

The master bedroom and second bedroom both include ensuites and have been decorated in soft caramels whilst the third bedroom is styled in grown up pale pinks and grey.

Everyone’s favourite, the minions bring the children’s bedroom to life.  Featuring a light-up starry ceiling, the bedroom is kitted out in minion accessories with two striking headboards.

The Lytham showhome features a natural backdrop with pops of bronze and copper in the lounge, a geometric print wc and a dark grey kitchen with a statement acoustic panelled wall in the dining room.

The bedrooms are dressed in combinations of black, white and charcoal.  Whilst the children’s room features the cutest rabbit theme in pale pink and cream, with themed accessories.

Pauline Coates, Sales Director, Bellway Homes Ltd (Scotland West) said: “Ridgewood is a terrific central location within commuting distance of both Glasgow and Edinburgh, and within a lovely rural setting.  Stirling train station is just three miles from the development.

“The showhomes are very inviting and highlight the key features of both our popular family homes.”

Current prices at Ridgewood range from £362,995 to £371,995 and all the properties include solar panels and an electric car charging point.

Ridgewood is well served by neighbouring primary and secondary schools and the University of Stirling is close by which has a wealth of leisure facilities open to the public.  Renowned for its heritage, Stirling is Scotland’s youngest city and has a vibrant shopping scene and many cultural and leisure attractions.

The showhomes and sales centre are open Thursday 10am until 7pm, Friday 10am until 5pm, Saturday and Sunday from 11am until 5pm and Monday from 10am until 5pm and can be contacted on 01786 568 063.
