Bellway opens four showhomes at flagship development in Bristol

House-hunters can now explore four new showhomes at a major housing development at Cribbs Causeway in Bristol.

Bellway South West has unveiled a quartet of three-bedroom showhomes at its Berwick Green development – the Turner, Webster, Mason and Thespian designs.

Rachel Way, Sales Manager for Bellway South West, said: “It is quite unusual to open the doors to four showhomes at once but Berwick Green has so much to offer that we felt it was the only way to do justice to the range of homes at the site.

“There has been a great deal of interest in the development locally, so we are showcasing a mix of different styles of properties we are building here.

“All of the new showhomes now open at Berwick Green are three-bedroom houses but provide a variety of interior layouts suited to meet the needs of a range of purchasers including first-time buyers, couples and growing families.”

The first phase of Berwick Green is to deliver 256 properties to the area, with 192 two, three and four-bedroom houses and two-bedroom apartments for private sale and 64 affordable homes available for local people through low-cost rent or shared ownership.

Bellway South West is also planning a second phase of a further 153 homes as part of a wider 760-home project.

The four new showhomes include semi-detached and detached properties, all from Bellway’s flagship Artisan Collection.

Rachel said: “The detached Mason offers a front-facing living room and a huge kitchen/family/dining room across back of the house, which flows out into the back garden through a set of French doors and is the perfect place for family living and entertaining guests. There’s also a handy utility room.

“The semi-detached Webster offers all the flexibility and benefits of three-storey living. A top-floor bedroom, which occupies the whole of the third floor, has an en suite and dressing room which could provide a haven for parents while children can enjoy the freedom and privacy of two further double bedrooms on the middle floor, including one with an en suite.

“The Turner, which is also semi-detached, offers a separate kitchen to the front of the property while a large living/dining room with doors to the back garden provides the hub of the home.

“Finally, the detached Thespian provides an impressive central entrance hall which leads to a living room with a bay window on one side and a dual aspect kitchen/dining room on the other side with doors to the back garden.

“All of the homes we are building at Berwick Green are from Bellway’s Artisan Collection. This is an incredibly popular range of top-quality homes created using a combination of traditional craftsmanship and contemporary construction methods, designed after years of customer feedback.

“The development is proving attractive to buyers not only because of the top-quality homes being delivered but also due to its enviable location on the outskirts of Bristol, with excellent transport links. Berwick Green is six miles from Bristol city centre, a five-minute drive from the Mall at Cribbs Causeway, less than a mile from Junction 17 of the M5 and five miles from Bristol Parkway station.”

There is currently a choice of two-bedroom apartments and three-bedroom detached houses available to reserve at Berwick Green, with prices starting at £278,800 and £407,000 respectively.
